Branded accounting client portal

Clients get their own portal — invoices, expenses, payroll, taxes, documents and filing deadlines — under the firm's brand, never ours.

A branded, client-scoped portal for services, deadlines, documents and letters

Scoped to one client

A portal user sees their own records and nothing else. Isolation is enforced in the database, not the UI.

The firm's brand throughout

Name, logo and colours resolve per tenant at runtime — including the emails the portal sends.

Fewer status emails

Clients check their own deadlines and documents instead of asking.

Clients ask because they cannot see

"Did you get my receipts?" "When is my GST due?" "Can you resend last year's T2?" Every one of these is a question the client would answer themselves if they could.

Each costs a staff member a context switch, and the answer usually already exists in the firm's own records.

How the portal works

A client is invited by magic link with a temporary password and a forced change on first sign-in. Once in, they see a dashboard scoped to their own account: invoices and their status, tracked expenses, payroll runs, tax obligations, shared documents and their upcoming filing deadlines.

Everything renders under the firm's branding. The client never sees the platform's name — on the app, in the emails, or on the engagement letters.

  • Client-scoped dashboard: invoices, expenses, payroll, taxes, documents, deadlines
  • Document upload and download
  • Deadlines shown with the same colour triage the firm uses
  • Firm branding on the app and on every email the portal sends

What changes for the firm day-to-day

The routine status question stops arriving. Documents come in through one channel that is already attached to the client record.

The client's experience of the firm looks like the firm, which is the point of paying for software the client can see.
